Web-based methods

Fountain Park's Signals web tool is designed for the scanning of the operating environment. You can detect signals of change, recognize emerging trends and detect tacit information and views from within the organization. By using the Signals web tool you are also able to collect qualitative information easily. The management can use this information to support planning and decision-making, to challenge existing ways of thinking and to anticipate the changes in the operating environment.

The method based Signals web tool contains two phases. In the first phase the participants are encouraged to think creatively and without any boundaries. In the second phase the participants will evaluate the collected ideas in relation to the given theme.

Fountain Park's Dialog is an interactive web service that can be used to share information as well as initiate and maintain discussion. The Dialog web service gets all the participants involved, gives them an opportunity to view themselves as essential part of the thinking process and encourages them to think about given themes from different perspectives. The Dialog web service enables to increase commitment within the organization and to accelerate change. The management gets feedback from the participants, whereas the participants get an opportunity to be part of the thinking process within the organization.

Fountain Park's Storyteller web tool supports storytelling on the web. Storytelling is a natural way to communicate and increase the understanding of abstract issues within the organization. Storytelling is an excellent way to gather and analyze tacit information, collect corporate stories and implement corporate values. Storytelling offers you an opportunity to create an exciting virtual storybook.
