Efficiency improves by listening to the employees

  • Our challenge has been to collect and evaluate the most pressing "hygiene issues" inside BT Retail. These include the systems, processes, and behavior that have the biggest impact on our performance. Fountain Park's tools and expertise are invaluable in this ongoing process. With them our management can more easily deliver accountable and measurable results that make BT Retail function better.


    Hundreds of employees have participated in this project. We have got over 500 comments on what people would like to change. The participants have also evaluated other people's comments. The results clearly identify the action priorities. They also enable us to focus on issues with the biggest business impact.
